Henderson vs Shields? Hendo is gonna snap his head off with the first powerpunch he lands. Shields might just lay down at the opening bell and hope Hendo doesn't pulverize him into oblivion. Shields only chance is on the ground, he has the worst stand-up I have ever seen by a MMAist.

Strikeforce are doing the right thing. They need to put on the best fights now as they haven't got time to grow these guys. The rosters are growing but the big names won't wait around for the best fights. SF will have reached the right level when their fighters stop talking about going to the UFC.

Henderson vs Shields and Mousasi vs Lawal sets up a major fight between Henderson and Mousasi. Champ vs Champ.

Henderson should pummel Shields. His wrestling skills will nullify his only strength, which is his ground game. He oughta be able to keep it on the feet and finish Shields sooner or later.

Mo is one of the best pure wrestlers in MMA lets not get it twisted. And the man has power even if he keeps his hands down like an idiot, I don't think it will be easy. But Mousassi has as much if not more talent than anyone in MMA he will win IMO. Amazing card.

This is going to be a sweet card! King Mo has a lot of natural talent - but it's way too early in his career to get in the ring with Mousasi.

Shields is a legit fighter. Technically undefeated since his first 2 losses. Last 3 fights have been wins over Miller, Lawler and Daley. His stand up looks basic and his game can be slow but he seems to be effective. Henderson is legendary though so he should do away with him.

Shields standup is not even close to being as bad as Clay Guida. Shields technique isnt that bad hes just got that basic fundementals thing going on you know where his strikes are slow, powerless and arent exactly fluid. Guida just looks retarted when he strikes.

Shields is a tough guy. If he sticks to his jiujitsu strengths - he could survive a few rounds with Henderson - but I expect Hendo to be too strong and too savvy and grind his way to a bruising decision.
