Hmmmm very interesting. So it's all dependant on Marquez accepting the challenge?

This I believe will be a far sterner test than Maidana, and a very brave choice of opponent for a US debut, especially in Las Vegas

"It is my mission to fight men like Marquez and that would be my dream fight in America,"

His "dream fight in America" can turn into a nightmare if he understimates JMM.

Khan's bitten off way more than he can chew. Thats said Marquez is on the slide and will find it difficult to get his punches off vs a speedster like Khan. Still its good to see Khan going after challenges unlike Ricky.

I'd rather see Hatton-Marquez out of those British fighters. Khan's US career is gonna be very brief.

About as ridiculous as Rickys 15 or so defences of the WBU? What was Ricky doing in his 23rd fight at 140?

Does this mean that PWilliams and Cintron is confirmed for May 8? 3 weekends in a row with big fights, I like!

He ****ed up by not taking Maidana. He's too young for Marquez.
If I was roach I would have pushed for Maidana, Ortiz, or Hatton, ****, maybe all three before taking Khan up to welter.
But Marquez is gonna derail the Khan express.

expect marquez to struggle. the truth is, jmm is not suitable in weights higher than 135. he's still effective at 135 but already show signs of problems. he is perfect at 126 and still great at 130 but 135 will be his limit. though i would not be surprised if he pulled this one just because he is a great fighter.
