Can you ask Frank Maloney if he is going to get Jason Booth a world title shot if he carries on his winning run?
Can you ask George Hillyard if he's staying around this time? He retired, came back, retired and is back again... Also, is it Hill-Yard or, as SKY say, Hilly-ard?
Steve could you get an update on the potential fight on groves/degale?and what other fights we could expect ,and wether people are jumping the gun that we will get a decent GBP fighter ?
Bunce Please clarify the official stance on the venue for the Froch vs Kessler War. There are conflicting reports on this everywhere. Have texted it in as well. Have a good show mate!
Any chance of shedding some light on the HBO deal with Maidana (not fighting Kahn this year but getting 3 hbo dates because of it?) Have a good show fella
Hooch...some mysteries are best left alone! Madness, madness, madness. What a business we love! Adios.
Don't be too despondent, mate. Schaefer has been saying today that if Maidana wins his fight against Cayo, Bradley could be next up in June. Put simply, Maidana doesn't need Khan and, although this 'hyping the fight' nonsense is hugely annoying to those such as myself who want to see Khan-Maidana, Maidana does has other tasty options available to him if the contract stipulation turns out to be true. That said, for what it's worth, I do feel Khan would comfortably outbox him if they do eventually fight. Just a shame we all won't get to see it any time soon. I don't think anyone can argue that JMM is a huge fight and good exposure for Khan's first bout in America, though.
Fair enough steve I agree with you Losfer, nowt wrong with Marquez but very clear Kahns people want no part of Maidana yet. I think Kahn beats Maidana also.
Maidana will lose soon enough (if the 3 fight deal thing is true), so he won't even figure in Khan's plans any more - so sadly, we will probably never see the fight.
Nice of you to explain how Mclellans bad fortune came about in more detail earlier. Myself and a few others tonight never knew or had heard about this before, in regards to the hospital advice etc. Thanks
Did you hear the Hillyard stuff? Fantastic. It's all available on BBC iPlayer. Enjoy and remember there is no show next week. Back on 18th Feb at 8pm. Adios and thanks.
