"Robbed, robbed, robbed, he robbed me. It was a close competitive fight but I should have won."

If it was close and competetive how the hell does that constitute a robbery?

“I’d love to knock the silly ugly ginger kid out!” --**** me, thats not nice...I wasn't even aware that he knew D-MAC :huh

On a serious note, on the evidence so far Groves wins this every day of the week

Groves looked awful for awhile in his last fight. I am not on the hype yet. His opponents have been a joke so far so too early to tell if he is really 'that' good.

And DeGale wonders why people don't like him. DeGale's attempts to create a 'bad boy' persona are cringeworthy; at least Tyson Fury can pull it off as he's genuinely funny. DeGale's happy slaps won't touch the Saint. Easy work for Groves, IMO. If it doesn't happen now or at British level then the fight will never happen as Groves is a step above DeGale and is going to higher places, IMHO.

That said, the very fact Degale's pissing people off is good news for him as we're all talking about him.

Like I said in another thread, we need personalities like DeGale in boxing - gets people excited about this fight against Groves, and he will be the one selling the fight if it does get made (which it should do.... in 2-4 years time!).

Having said that, Haye was criticised on here for calling Valuev "ugly", so I don't see why a ***** like DeGale should be 'spared' from the criticism :yep

Indeed. But, to be fair to Haye, by that stage you have to remember that he was a former European, WBA, WBC, WBO, Ring and Lineal champ at CW. All in just a measly 20-odd fights.

I personally am not a DeGale hater, but I can see why others can't stand him.
