Abraham vs Froch will be in London

I'm happy wherever it's held as long as we get this one in England. If Froch and Abraham overcome Kessler and Dirrell this could be huge. O2 would be a great venue for it.

As for the fight, I'd mostly agree in that I could see Froch leading going into the second half of the fight only to get sparked in the later rounds. Hope I'm wrong though. If he can keep out of the way of the King's bombs and last the distance however, I could see Froch taking the decision.

Abraham was much more active against Taylor, and actually started letting his hands go more and more from the third round on, over the first two he was doing a bit more feeling out. I tend to think it would be a similar pattern versus Froch, use the first two find range, and then step up the pace in the third and fourth. He fought for much longer stretches versus Taylor, as weight drain wasn't an issue.

Froch is a tough guy, and fun to watch, but I cannot possibly see someone as easy to hit as Carl going the distance with a banger like Arthur.

Can't see that happening unless they tape off the top tiers. Froch just about drew 8000 for the Dirrell fight in his home town. Nobody outside of nottingham and hardcore boxing fans know who he is, and as much as his stock may rise with a win over Kessler, there's no chance he will fill the O2.

It's a shame, it really is, as Abraham v Froch is a massive fight if they both stay undefeated in round 2 but in reality nobody in london will give a ****.

Fat Mick is a great manager but an absolutely dire promoter.

If it's in Nottingham I'll go.

Hopefully it won't be on at 2am again though..... why can't they just show it on tape delay to the Americans so we can have a few beers after the show is over.

Given that it's a Hennessy show the only fight worthy of note will be the main event, let's have it on at a reasonable hour please.

think froch has got more chance than being given credit for. he doesn't have a suspect chin, and recovered well from taylor knockdown. Plus if AA does his usual and pisses about for 6 rounds. froch isn't someone he is going to be able to throw around or take on the gloves, froch has got genuine power on a world level.
He need to keep his ****ing chin out of the way though does froch

I hope Froch's chin can hold out for another few fights, wish he would stop using it as his defence. I do fear Froch will be caught out one day when his chin gives way, will definitly go down fighting if he does however.

I want to see how Abraham fights away from Germany, much as I admire him Im not convinced German fighters like leaving there beloved crowds, some fighters are carried by the home fans, lets not dismiss Dirrell to pull out a crappy spoiling lunging SD and perhaps put the odds nearer a Froch betting favourite,if Abraham blasts out Dirrell or boxes smartly to a tidy decision I for one will be more convinced but at the moment I see Abraham and Froch fairly level behind Andre Ward

Froch has a chance against AA. I can see him looping rights and lefts around Abrahams guard.
    Only a slight chance though.

Ready for the chance to showcase your chin again? Might get down for it if the fight is in London.
