What's Antonio Tarver up to these days??

Who cares.

 

He's been on some of the last few Showtime Championship Boxing broadcasts as an expert commentator.

 

There was some talk of him fighting against Toney.

 

He should just work as a Commentator

 

He's a Milk Dud

 

Yeah, I think he's retired

 

I only saw him on the Super Six broadcast but I thought he did extremely well as a commentator.

Hes clearly at the end of his career,I think its clear he never recovered from that beating Hopkins inflicted upon him,Hes never been the same since that fight

 

Toney/Tarver was just brought up again in the last few days... But as far as he goes, he's doing color commentary on ShoBox..

Don't know how old this is but he says he wants Danny Green, then Toney and once he beats those 2 wants a crack at Haye. The trash talking for a Tarver/Toney or Tarver/Haye match would be mad.

 

As a fighter I've never liked the guy, however he is without a doubt the best commentator in the world today. Very articulate guy who knows his ****.

 

Tarver was a good light heavyweight and fought anyone. Yeah he talked but he could back it up. Remember when he said "Got any excuses Roy!" then knocked him out in the same night! I gotta tip my hat off to that performance. But yeah he's a member to Showtime's commentating crew and does a real good job. Hope he stays retired as I don't see him getting more belts or even beating Haye. Toney/Tarver press conference would be much better than the actual fight.
