two are pretty much on the verge of world title shot's and frankie gavin and degale are two of the most exciting prospects we've had in a long time...

gavins performance showed he has maturity way beyond his years and the degale ring entrance was value for money in itself!!

watch the right hand by mitchell! this boys a serious prospect, his last fight was a dominating victory over breidis prescott:

Degale's right entrance was one of the worst things I have ever seen! :patsch

I agree on Cleverly and Mitchell - I'm confident both will win a world title at some point in the next two years. I think Cleverly can challenge the top guys ( and beat them ) on a consistent basis in the future whilst I feel Mitchell may well fall short at the very top level.

I don't want to knock Degale too much before he has even had a chance to build his career but I would be majorly suprised if he ever makes an impact on the world scene. His style and power ( or rather lack of it ) was much more suited to the amateur game. European level is as far as I can see Degale going

Agree on Frankie thought he boxed a very skilful and mature fight - he will go all the way as he seems to be improving and learning ...

DeGale - i aint convinced . Hes fighting sub standard boxers and he got caught a couple of times in that fight ... the thing about DeGale he thinks hes made it and the main man with his bull**** and ring entrance ! maybe he needs to learn from Amir Khan after he was KO'd by Prescott.

Cleverley looked exceptionally good but time is the key with this guy - no need to rush him into a world title fight let him have another year defending his euro and domestic titles then after his university studies are complete he can concentrate and give 100% to becoming a future world champion.

Mitchell I like more and more ... hes matured into a top fighter and i think he will ba Katsidis and show the world hes a top boxer ... good on the lad ! ... :good

Each to their own but Degale will not win a world title as far as I'm concerned. I see Mitchell very much in the Katsidis bracket- excellent fighter who can challenge the top guys but will just about fall short

degale, gavin and cleverly to become world champions. i see more people moaning about degale's ring entrance, well guess what, a ring entrance isn't going to stop him winning a world title.

I hope Mitchell v Katsidis comes off. That's got the makings of a classic, and I see Mitchell doing the business.

I'm still unsure about Cleverly, he got tagged often enough by Brancilion, and though he beat him convincingly he was fighting a guy who's defense was frankly abysmal. If they rush him to a title fight in the next year or so I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a beating, or has a very brief run as champion.

DeGale has a sense of self importance and entitlement well beyond his skill set. He comes off as arrogant but the lacks excitement or firepower to go too far and seems to be more of a (Audley) Harrison than a Haye for example.

The rest seem pretty good contenders with bright futures ahead with Frankie Gavin being the obvious stand out.

Warren's got a great bunch here.

Mitchell - he'll do the business at world level, I've no doubt that he's going to give Katsidis a good hiding.Classic example of a slightly underrated emerging talent beating an established guy who was never quite as good as his fans hoped.

Cleverly - I like his boxing style, but he's the one I can seefalling a little short. He might end up like Clinton Woods with a couple of alphabet titles, but I don't think he has enough to succeed at top level on a consistent basis. could be wrong, as he's clearly getting better.

Gavin - most talented of the lot, probably only Haye and Naz who've come through the British system with this degree of skill.

De Gale - Funny one, I think he could become European champion tomorrow, but I don't see where his improvement will come from. He'll be a world title challenger, for sure, but he seems to lack power and concentration. It just seems like he's complete for the type of fighter he is - and I don't think that style is world championship material. Again, could be wrong, as he is clearly extremely quick, accurate and talented.

Yeah but a ring entrance like that is a signal of his mentality.

It was a six round undercard fight - you'd think it was Hagler vs Hearns II with the way he was going on.

All style, not all that much substance.

I don't see him reaching world level. He might win a WBO title, but not a 'big 3' strap.

Slightly worried about Frankie Gavins power at the top level but he has plenty of time to work on it

Cleverly seems a bit open being a rangy fighter ala Williams can be a strength but often they have poor defence. Id like to see him tidy up his technique but again plenty of time and im been super critical considering his experience level. Still 175 is not exactly a deep division, can see him mixing it at the top

Mitchell......cmon whats not to like does everything very well

De Gale....cmon what is to like, just dont like his style. Sometimes you see somebody and think bet he's a wanker and he's one of those people. Only Mayweather/Toney type skill sets can excuse you from being a wanker. I could be wrong maybe he's really a decent guy....hmm
