Sonsona is young and green himself your no am weak excuse doesn't float.Your boy has the hometown advantage and is a natural 122. atsch
should be a good fight! Arriba --- where in the hell is you avatar from???????????????????????????????????????
Sonsona looks like he has trouble making weight EVEN with the move up. i'm leaning towards a sonsona ko but i would not be surprised if he gasses out late and gets on the wrong end of a split decision.
sonsona looked like **** in his last fight. which was most likely because he had to cut down too much weight. looking forward to this fight
who the hell is making excuses im just saying what i thought about the fight, i want vazquez to win but lets see i think he's learning but he hits harder and is tronger his boxing is what scares me a little :hat
age only matters in that vazques is more mature and his body is fully developed so he might take a punch better and might hit harder also but a 19yr old boxer with a looooooong amateur career fighting at the highest level is more expirence than a 25yr old that never fought amateur and only has 20 pro fights :hat
this sounds like an interesting match up. ive read a little about these guys and makes me wanna tune in. is it gonna be on fnf or anywhere on tv?
Agreed on all of this. From what I've seen of both, Sonsona is miles ahead of Vazquez in terms of talent; it's just a question of whether Sonsona trained hard enough, and that's a legitimate question.
Vasquez has dick for amateur experience and is basically learning on the gig. Age is no more than a number in this discussion.
It's not an excuse. It's a fact. Even if Sonsona is green, Vasquez Jr has NOTHING for amateur experience. Hell Sonsona in 14 fights has faced better opposition than Vasquez in 17 fights. Stop looking for an argument that isn't there.
