I agree. There are a couple of other guys I would like to see in the ring with both Valero and Marquez, but to pass on the possibility of both of these guys squaring off in the ring would be such a missed opportunity.

It's entirely possible that juan Manuel Marquez would box Valero's ears off!

If JMM takes Valero lightly... Valero may UPSET jmm at this stage of JMM's career!

Imagine Juan Diaz could punch. Then you'd see why it's pretty reasonable to think Valero would destroy Marquez.

Marquez hasn't been an outside counterpuncher in years. He doesn't have the reflexes to do it anymore.

I agree with LukeO, I'd love to see this fight. People are writing Marquez off way to quickly here considering he had to jump 2 weight classes to fight Floyd, who came in over the contracted weight. Make this fight!!!!

JMM should cash in on what remains of his boxing profession, Valero is not the man for that. Valero should earn his way up the ladder and stop aiming for orgasm right away. Valero/Maidana would be great.

JMM would win that fight. He would counterpunch the **** out of Valero.

Valero needs a new trainer. He's got balcow/mayweather potential; however, he's not there yet.

total disrespect.:-( just because JMM moved up weight classes and looked bad doesnt mean that he is past it. its only one fight in a weight class that isnt his.odds were all againts him with PBF, and PBF going above the agreed upon weight only made it worse.Valero is way overrated.

Thank you. I'd still take JMM in this one as long as it happens this year.
