This is a good thing brothers , Vitali might actually be big and strong enough to knock Valuev out ( Might !! thats some neck Valuev has on him ) which should be the end of Valuev meaning his remnatch clause with Haye should hopefully be forgotten about.

    All good !

i really dont want to get into this but ( for the second time ) what the **** is "an implied contract" ??? And how do you break one.

Anyhoo it matters not , Vitali will hopefully retire the monster and clear the way

You're talking to someone who thinks Wlad beats a prime Foreman :rofl

would the US TV want this? They don't want Wlad versus an American fighter, why would they want this?

Granted Vitali is marginally more exciting than Wlad (not hard obviously), but I dunno.

If they don't want it, just let them. Heavyweight fights of the past were a lot worse at times or equally bad, two big guys pushing each other through the ring like greco-roman wrestlers, at times firing an odd punch from the clinch. But hey, the drama they made up with bull**** trashtalking back then was selling it.

Today, any Super Six fight has ten times the action, meaning and quality as almost any heavyweight fight. Yes, including the Hayebragger.

****, if Haye wobbled him...I see Vitali KO'ing him.

Vitali has the highest KO % of any HW in the history of professional boxing.

I say its Vitali by KO in less than 5.

That seems pretty optimistic to me, Vitali doesn't hit with the power he used to. Still though, if Vitali is willing to go for it then Valuev is there for the taking really.

I'm very excited about this one :thumbsup

Don't worry, David Haye will take out Vitali if Valuev fails to.

Don't worry, Haye will NEVER "take out" Vitali. He would run, spoil and cruise to a decision victory, which is certainly a possibility given Vitalis aging.

Vitali pummels opponents into quitting, not really that much one punch power imo.

i think you're looking too much into the guys record. vitali is not a banger, if he was, he wouldn't need to land so many punches to stop an opponent.

    This.

There are fighters who have higher KO percentages. Are they bigger punchers?

You have to take into account the quality of the people he is stopping.

I would not call Valuev a Haye 'leftover' Haye only landed about 7 punches a round and refused to engage it is not like he KOed him in brutal fashion or anything.

That fight was a boring farce.
