    So what else is new? Floyd has been saying this for a while. Move on.

    For a lot of people Floyd is like Michael Jackson or R Kelly. Hate the man, love his work.

    ESPN got it wrong ... Floyd is 40-0 24 KO

    Since 98' He's been on the highest level of the sport, won his first champion under 2 yrs and under 20 fights.

    He's been groomed to be on this level since he was young and takes his career serious ... he has a head trainer who was a 2-time world champion ... a father who was a seasoned pro ... another uncle who was a seasoned pro all groomed him since he was a toddler.

    Once he hangs up the gloves and time passes by he'll be considered one of the greatest if not the greatest fighter of all time by many experts and historians.

    He's already top 50 all-time ... legit no matter the era and that was back in the early part of the last decade ... now that he's going to fight Mosley possibly Pac ... and some young guys with some potential to make a name would cement his legacy as an all-time great.

    Why, on first glance, did I read the thread title as "On ESPN yesterday ... Froch claims to be the greatest fighter ever !!"?


    I really wish Carl had said that now, just so I could view the outpouring of vexation from his already disgruntled anti-fans. :yep

    I doubt Manny is on Meth ... please quit it ... I doubt that either fighter is scared of each other and this is just a marketing ploy.

    Let me ask you, in all seriousness, how could you be asking this question? I know you're a "fan" of Floyd, but by even asking that question you are betraying you absolute lack of knowledge on the history of the sport. Do you realize this?
