    From the Scene

"According to reports in Puerto Rico, undefeated Roman 'Rocky' Martinez (23-0, 14KO's) will once again travel to England. This time he will defend his WBO Super Featherweight Title against Ricky Burns (27-2, 7KO's)

Martinez travelled to England last year to knock out Nicky Cook to win the title. Burns, the Commonwealth (British Empire) super featherweight champion, has built a twelve fight win streak since losing a unanimous decision to Carl Johanneson in 2007."

April 24th is really starting to stack up. Froch-Kessler, Ward-Green, Angulo-Julio and Arreola-Adamek and now this hopefully

I don't trust the Puerto Rican press, they can chat a lot of ****.

But the 24th has also being mentioned by Burns' manager so it probably will be then

That would make much more sense. Whether it happens or not will be seen in time.

Ayes i was told early May, though i kinda wanted it up here as a headliner, not on the Kats undercard but it makes sense.

Hope it is this new date :D

Whats with them saying it will be in England though ? Slack journo ?

If he is headlining then it wont be in England.

If its on the undercard of a bill with the likes of Kats/Mitchell...then fair enough.

What card/bill is on the 24th of April ?

Strangely, this was talked of last week then dismissed ( forgot reasons )

Strangely again, i got calls yesterday asking if am at the fight or where am watching it, yesterdays papers here had Burns Vs Sykes listed for last night, so i was told.
