So floyd is a "scared" of the best wether he fights them or not?

I am happy the fight is made whether Floyd was forced to or not. He signed.

But everybody (except for floydies) would agree that he was FORCED TO FIGHT Shane. He had no other choice but to sign after Shane became available, or be possibly be sued by GBP.

 

Talkin about facts? Which fact? The fact that he signed the fight with Shane? So you saying he is not scared because he signed the fight with Shane? Why don't you wait until he gets in the ring with him before you say he really is not scared of Shane. Maybe you forgot about that rib injury he had while training to fight a blown up LIGHT WEIGHT. I'm not saying he is scared of Shane but knowing Floyd, I'll wait til he is the ring with Shane before I believe he really is fighting him.

 

Be easy brah...."Concern"...meaning he has never asked anyone of his 40 opponents to take any tests b/c he's never been concerned about loosing or what they bring to the ring as in form of a "RISK". hell....Floyd has never really given anyone props for being good, let alone extraordinary. He's always held a solid stance that no one is on his level and PAC was one of those fighters whom he previously had no worries about.....until the fight was suppose to happen.. Then we saw Floyd start accusing Manny of being on peds or roids...then we see Floyd demanding that Manny take olympic testing in order for him to make the fight happen. All of that is not "FLOYD LIKE".

Manny agreed to blood testing, but those terms of "OLYMPIC STYLE" testing was not in the initial draft. The added "Olympic style" testing was imposed as the venue for the fight was finalized in LV. THe whole problem is EGO's....sure the fight could have been made if Manny agreed to floyd's terms....MAYBE! ANd YES..the fight would have been made without the obstacle of Blood testing that is completely NEW for Floyd and Manny whom have never been in question about abusing ability enhancing substances. But FLoyd wanted to force Manny to agree to his terms, Manny didn't want to give in b/c Manny feels he's the top guy, floyd feels he is.

Manny's not the one who requested the testing nor is he the one acting out of character....Floyd is.

 

I doubt that, but who knows. The weight penalty was stupid, but at least it has some foundation for the request. Floyd missed a contracted weight with JMM but ultimately it was a stupid response for the ridicuolous blood test demands. And I'm not sure if school is out for me considering I've never rode the short bus that picks you up monday thru Friday.......:hi:

I agree. Who was he gonna fight? If he is all about Money as he says he is then Shane is the only one he can fight other than PACMAN that will get him the most money.

Again, here you go... FMJ didn't accuse Manny of ANYTHING. Mayweather's father made the statements. Mayweather Sr. is in no way a part of the official Team Mayweather. Even then nobody accused him. Even he said "This is just my opinion..." All accusations came AFTER negotiations went sideways or were cancelled.

Honestly, this fight was weird because pre-fight FMJ didn't say much at all. If anything he said, "ask and you shall receive". All he asked for in return was for a test Manny "allegedly" knows he can pass for the biggest fight in history. You can make a case for that being "out of character", but this event is "out of the ordinary". What matters is that the request was REASONABLE and AGREED TO then RUN FROM.

Egos my ass. Mayweather agreed to ALL of Manny's terms no matter how unwarranted (50/50 purse) and ignorant ($10 million per pound) they were. Mayweather was ready to roll. Manny chumped out.
