Hi, I think you look good, I see a couple of things after watching 15 sec of your vid.

    1. When you throw a hook, keep the other hand high.
    2. You seem to be a bit off balance, work on that.
    3. Don't telegraph your jab, thats when the opponent sees it coming.

Like i said, you look good, keep up the good work and believe in your self.

  3. I have a life. It's busting on bustas like you.

Your Jab is going to be the most important tool you have. Footwork is going to set you apart from the rest. Work on accuracy. FROM YOUR STRUCTURE THE POWER IS THERE
I worked on Power and never went pro they dont Crumble just because you hit them hard. Its were you hit them

Best of luck to you. I am not an expert on boxing technique and I am sure Mayweather is doing a great job with you on all of that.

You asked about becoming a successful guy in todays heavyweight division, I can tell you many of the criticisms about the current guys are they always come in flabby and dont seem dedicated enough. Keep your diet good at all times and dont let yourself go in the down time inbetween fights (though there is probably little of this time compared to the pro's). Also dont just focus on power alone. People will respect that when they see a new up and comer who comes in good shape and works on his jab, defense and technical skills. They are tired of these fat guys who come in looking for a knockout so they can get it over with and go home, they look like they dont care or dont want to be there.

Good luck and you are in a great position with a great trainer so I believe you can do well.

Yea bro, we know each other pretty well just from being around the gym and at fights. I hope that he wins, being that he is a fighter from Philadelphia and I know him. He is a real good guy as well, not that Wladamir isnt, cus he is. But I feel that if he uses the same formula that he used against Dimentriko, then he has a 50 50 shot..

As for me...Im going to spar a heavyweight that Don King has by the name of Bermane Stiverne. He had one slip up in his career..but he is in my eyes a hopeful. Look at some of him on youtube...he is VERY fast and powerful..

Best of luck to you! You look promising. Although many world champions start boxing in the single digits 22 y.o. is not old man. You have the physical tools, you seem intelligent, and you appear to have good work ethic. Smart choice going w/ the Mayweathers. With your physique some would try to make you a killer but you know they will groom you into a smart, skilled fighter. The only pointers I would give you are stay on the balls of your feet more and continue working on foot work and head movement. When you throw the left make sure you bring it right back to your chin after you fire because you are leaving yourself open to a right hand counter. Above all else just keep in excellent physical condition, work hard and give it your all and we will be proud.

Not read through all the replies but get your left hand up when throwing the straight right.
