    Here's how this should be settled;

    1. Scrap the blood testing. The trouble it's causing is not worth the minimal extra benefit it ensures. Instead, just have random urine tests from the time of the first press conference all the way up to the fight

    2. Set the overweight penalty at 2M per lb. 10M is overboard. The penalty won't be neccesary, but 2M should be enough to ease Pacquiao's mind

    3. Have the fight at the site that offers the largest site fee. This one seems easy. If it's Vegas, fight there. If Jerry Jones comes up with the most dough, have the fight at Jerry World.

    4. 50/50 split. There's too much money to argue over a few percentage points.

    5. Mayweather gets top billing. He's older, been fighting on the elite level longer and arguably should be getting the bigger purse split. In the end, this really doesn't matter but it seems important to both fighters.

    6. Have all interpromotional undercard fights. No Top Rank vs. Top Rank fights or Golden Boy vs. Golden Boy fights. Let's see both sides put their guys to the test. On that same note, John Duddy shouldn't be allowed within 10 miles of the fight.

If they had me as the mediator, I would've laid this **** out and the fight would've been made by now.

Manny and company have to call Floyd's bluff and accept the random drug test. It's pretty simple. If that hurdle is jumped and Floyd then comes out with some even more outlandish stipulations or demands, then we would know for sure who is the one not willing to fight.

Manny, call his bluff and clear your name all in one swift shot already.

What Team Pacquiao should do is make noise and say yes, we will fight Mayweather Jr., and if blood is what he want's, then blood is what he shall get. Play mind games on PBF right now and give him something to worry about while he still has to get past Mosley. It would be a good distraction.

The problem is that nobdoy could get by this one. This is the entire reason the fight didn't happen.

no blood testing?.....then the deal is off....

thats mayweather's excuse to duck pac....

the only way this fight happens is that pac bends to the will of pbf....thats the ONLY way....

Actually, new problems have cropped up. Mayweather now says he wants a bigger split and Arum is insisting that they fight in Dallas.

Yeah, but reading down your list form one through six it struck me that 2-6 were academic given that the entire reason the fight fell through was the inability for the two to settle part I.

While I agree with your plan, I personally think, as a Pac fan that Pac should take the tests.

Not because I think he's on something or that Floyd is right, but just to clear his name. His name was unfairly tarnished, whether he likes it or not, unless he clears it, it may never leave him.

Arum & Roach should be emphasizing this to Pac, if he can draw blood 19 days before Clottey fight and in turn throw 1200 punches, Im bloody sure he can give blood 14 days away from the fight.

It's a good proposal but the blood testing thing has become more than just that. It's a matter of principle and they both feel if they give in it's early advantage to the other. I just can't see Floyd relenting on the issue especially since Shane agreed. I really wish Manny would just agree to the 14 days, or at least 16-18 days just to level it out.

**** it, this fight will never happen.

And I remember all them fools getting their panties moist about this fight and told you all not to get too wet in between the legs.

People were already making video promos and salivating at the mouth.

The one rule in boxing is.... Never get too excited because chances are, more likely than none, you will be disappointed.

Here's the thing though, if Mayweather bends on one thing, he's not going to be willing to bend on other things. There's no way in hell he would agree to a 10M per lb. penalty if he has to comprimise on the drug testing. He's also going to want to have the top billing. Arum really wants to have the fight in Dallas. Vegas would probably offer the most money so he would have to relent on that issue. If he does that, there is no way he's going to allow Pac to get the smaller cut no matter how well the Mayweather/Mosley fight does. I'm simply trying to anticipate other issues that would arise as a result of the comprimise in terms of the blood testing.
