i think calzaghe would win a wide decision but i dont think this wouldlook like the hopkins fight at all, thats just kinda dumb. hopkins made pavlik miss and look pathetic. calzaghe would be right there for pavlik to hit and although i wouldnt pick it a ko win for pavlik is definitely in the realm of possibility. either way, calzaghe would probably end up frustrating pavlik and would rack up a wide points win
This is the post that made attentionwhoregnome start the thread. Now compare this to the original post.
Again. I posted fact. Tell me where what I posted is not factually correct. I'll save you time. You simply can't.
how can you tell that Calzaghe would win if you cant name 1 boxers thats worth mentioning that he beat. Kessller is his biggest win??? Jeff Lacey?? those are his greatest wins?? how can you say hes a all time great with such a weak resume??
A prime or not too faded Calzaghe completely humiliates Pavlik, a prime one knocks him out. Calzaghe was REALLY fast in his best days, faster on his feet than anyone I ever saw in that weight class. It would take a considerably faded Calzaghe to get beat by Pavlik, which certainly is always possible. Take any old boxer, and they get beat sooner or later.
