Well what I meant was within punching range not infighting. Abraham is very strong and gets himself into punching range by blocking and then firing. He doesnt throw a **** load of punches and comes on later in the fight. The recipe to beat him has been shown, but noone has been strong enough to finish the fight, and he has a lot to do with that. Thats why his opponent has to have more than just speed and boxing ability, because AA is going to get close and hes going to engage his opponent and break them down. Its going to take someone who can stop plant his feet and put some heat on him and then take off again and box from the outside. I think if someone can establish that type of rhythem against him they got a shot, and Ward seems physically the most capable in my opinion.

Good luck. I dont think Dirrell is strong enough or experienced enough. He pretty much fell apart against Froch looked lost in the clinches, and I dont think Froch is nearly as strong as AA.

You saw those fights with Abraham ? That is the answer.

Eastman had an iron chin, and decked Abraham with relentless 5 punch combinations. He was almost knocked out by Abraham, but could survive that, and he rattled Abraham once himself. If he had better understanding of how not to let Abraham steal rounds, he could have clearly won.

Hamden backed Abraham up with fast multi-punch combinations too, but in the end ran too much out of steam to keep pace.

Oral landed at will but could not take the return fire. Stood infront of Abraham for too long, when not punching himself.

    Mayweather should be self-explanatory.

A big iron-chinned volume puncher who could survive long enough to get a decision on volume punches.

I don't think Froch's chin is as good as he thinks it is. But maybe.

A skillful fighter both offensivly and defensivly that can stay more active than AA. A guy like Bute

Yep. Dirrell stunned him and unless Dirrell has underated power, Froch has an overated chin.

    Lujaun Simon without feather fists.

Khoren Gevor with a better chin.

Edison Miranda with a decent referee.

Abraham is not the unbeatable monster some act like he is. He is just a flat footed slugger with a good shell defense, and a very smart promoter.
