Damn, the was ****ing brutal. Chambers looked like he was dead for a second there. If Wlad would only push the action like he did in the 12th from the beginning of the fight against these guys who have no chance of beating him, he'd still be on HBO.
Dude, you serious think that Chambers has the power to make Wlad hit the deck the way that Sanders did?
yup!im guessing the big oaf needed a good workout. When wlad faces a real top contender...he'll be a former champ.:bbb
When you got somebody like Chambers just standing front of you, who's much smaller, and without a big punch, you are supposed to open up and get him out of there.
bull****. there were many many times when Chambers was stood on the ropes with his guard up, Wlad knew he could split that mother****er with his right hand, but for whatever reason, didn't.. he just kept his jab in Eddie's face. Manny knew it "this is bad man, this is Ibragimov all over again, your throwing one right hand, then not throwing another for a minute! let your hands go!!!" Wlad "I'm trying!"
you would of also see him more frequently collapsing due to exhaustion, or getting knocked out. he's not confident in letting his hands go, and he knows why.
Brutal power in the LEFT hand in the FINAL seconds of the FINAL round. WOW what a left hook. I thought the exchange between Steward and Wlad before the 11th was pretty intense. I will try, Emanuel!
i will try says it all for me. disturbing to see the heavyweight champion not being able to throw a simple right hand confidently. i think david's going to have him in trouble very early. might see a remake of the sanders fight.
Yeah I was disappointed that after the 2nd round Wlad didn't finish him off early. But I'm def glad that brutal left hook at the end of the 12th round finished it. So glad that Steward chewed im out for not punching in the 11th round. Obviously it angered Wlad and made him finally fight tough in the last round.
