mike mollo will be the next world champion within 18 months, i had andrew tell me to my face mollo's a ***** so i replied he would fold you like a lawn chair, after the binkowski fight golata wouldnt even look at me , who the ***** now andrew? sign the ****ing papers and get an ass whopping, cuz your old washed up and wasting alot of peoples time your services are no longer needed. by the way you want a title fight? you've had several......the only belt you'll ever own is a J.C. pennys belt *****!
Just wondering if you know of a su. middleweight? Vitaly Kopitko? Is he still fighting up in Chicago?
Mollo isnt anything special. He isnt a top tier heavyweight which is sorry in this age of heavyweights! He is a contender at best, but when you still have Holyfield fight youmight see him pick up a belt but this doesnt mean he will be a champion!
Yeah, they should fight. It is logical match up for both fighters. The winner can move on to bigger fights. Golota cannot just expect another title shot, he needs to fight tough opponents like Mollo.
Mollo is merely trying to create a feud in hopes of getting a fight with a big name like Golota. A fight Mollo doesn't deserve, having only fought McBride and TOS (and getting beaten by TOS, I might add)...... Mollo needs to fight Mesi, who is apparently wanting to fight Mollo.
Watch Mollo vs Mcbride and Binkowski ,very exciting fights. Mollo knocked them down 6 times combined, in two rounds each. Mollo has handspeed and power! Mollo would be a dangerous fight for Golota, especially comparing how Golota fared against Mcbride recently, even getting rocked early.
Yeah, that is not good , but Wlad lost to Ross Purrity himself early in his career. I havent seen that fight, but from what I have seen of Mollo has been pretty good, especially for an American HW.
TOS served as the doorman to the upper tiers heavyweights, and apparently Mollo didn't have what it took to get inside. I think he should also stay away from Golota, at least til Mollo gets more wins against better opposition. Golota would embarrass him, I would bet.
Everyone once in a while I find a heavyweight I sort of high hopes for. My record isn't impressive, so there isn't much stock in this, but I think Mollo has very good tools. He is quick, and has power. However, he is a bit small, and opens up too much at times. When he is fighting the McBride's of the world that's fine, but if he can't tighten up against even a Golota then he is in trouble. As far as Golota vs. Mollo it makes good sense. Both fan favorites in Chicago, and Chicago seems to becoming a big boxing city here of late. Put this on the undercard of a title bout, and you'll get some fans in the arena.
I don't think Mollo is anything special but he comes to fight and would trouble alot of the 'elite ' heavyweights - sorry i shouldn't use that word in conjunction with todays heavyweights. I would like to see more of Mollo though
