Thanks a lot man I moved back in a straight line as well, and didn't move my head much. I do these things in sparring but I forget them in fights. My first head movement was at the end of round two ffs.
Haha! Well, as long as you continue doing it in sparring... Just be sure to focus on it in your next fights. I rarely move my head at all. But it's all about what style you have.
i went down to shefield for the british, had the contests and won them all....so i'm now british uni champion!!! sooooo happy was such a hard week fighting wed, fri and sat night...killer but i boxed well now i'm just gonna let my body recover (left hand is swollen, ribs are agony) and enjoy the moment!! i'll try and get a video of the fights up
Good, but I need some rest. I'm close to being overtrained, and have several injuries. Sprained wrist and index finger on the left arm, sprained thumb on the right. Sore elbow on the left as well due to overreaching with the jab. I won't take a break though, because I suffer from winter depressions, and resting would push me over the edge. Thank god springtime is near.
Damn, I know what you're talking about. I had them too while I was still living in the Netherlands. The endless sun is one of the best things of living in the Philippines now.
nope a guy called Paul, from portsmouth uni...maybe chris was open class? i was fightin in novice, 10 and under
