nice one.. but i think this more of a hater pov.. it seems manny can't do anything right on ur post IMO.. i still think they'll stick to their original statement.. if u want random blood test ask the commission to implement it..
If the commission asked them to then Pac will go thru with it, but if the commission wont, will Shane fight him? I think he does.
He did: Richard Schaefer, CEO of Golden Boy Promotions said, "Shane Mosley is one of the greatest fighters of this era and I commend him for agreeing to participate in a testing process that can only help the integrity of the sport. I commend both of these fighters for setting a new precedent in the sport and giving others an opportunity to reflect on its current state and how, as a collective group, we can continue to make the sport better, safer and fairer for anyone who steps in to the ring."
Richard Shaefer is no different than Bob "yesterday I was lying, today I'm saying the truth" Arum in 2008, Golden Boy Promotions rejected Judah's demand for an independent blood test or any additional tests beyond those of the Nevada State Athletic Commission. Schaefer told the Associated Press "We are not going to do other tests than the Nevada commission requires. The fact is Shane is not a cheater and he does not need to be treated like one."
Shane won't ask for testing he just wants the another big payday. Even so Pac would never fight him at 147 they would insists the fight be at 140 and have said as much in the past.
Pac would fight Mosley at 147 since he is no longer moving up from jrWW, even though that's his more natural weightclass..
As Schaefer says, it's Floyd and Shane who are setting a precendance. Maybe the guys on the undercard refuse to take the tests like Manny.
But,they are the one(gbp, schaefer and floyd) promoting the fights. plus they want to clean the sport of boxing.
