Bought a Custom Mouth Guard from Opro

    Its quite tight. Despite that, unlike a boil and bite the bottom teeth have nothing to sit into. I thought the bottom part of the mouth guard was also supposed have the impression of my bottom teeth to sit in.

    Is this normal?

    I have a custom one too straight the orthodontist, It's real tight as well, which i really like but no, mine doesn't have impressions for my bottom teeth either

    Isn't it going to be worse when you get hit with straight shots and especially uppercuts with your bottom teeth not sitting anywhere?
