he sure has, but Nallege will never admit that. If he wants to think Buchanan is as great as Barrera then no one will convince him otherwise and yet the facts show Buchanan was not an all time great.

 

This threads a joke and if you honestly think Pac would beat Hearns you really are clueless beyond redemption. I've read most of this thread and we're all entitled to our opinion and valid arguments can be made by each side and personally I think Pac would be extremely flattered to be compared to Duran, but to suggest Pac would beat Hearns is way over the top. Next you're going to be saying Pac would beat both Leonard and Hagler..lol

Pac's a great great fighter, in my opinion the best of his generation and he'd give any fighter below an elite welter a hell of a fight but He's not going to beat a prime leonard's or a prime Hearns (which would probably be even more difficult given his size)

 

Duran fans are ever dillusional when it comes to his fighting buddies. Because he fought Hearns Benitez Hagler and Leonard, that means they are automatically better than Manny and his contemporaries. That is unfair. The 80s guys are ok but no better than Barrera and Morales!!! Who Manny beat. Duran did not beat Hearns -Benitez -Hagler. those fights were marketed well and yeah hearns and hagler and leonard and duran and ever wilfredo benitez were well known and in the public eye more than Barrera and Morales but that doesnt make them greater. let me remind you that manny beat oscar easy and Oscar was the top pay per view fighter ever.

 

I guess Sugar Ray Leonard, Carlos Palomino, Pipino Cuevas, Iran Barkley, and Davey Moore don't compare to David Diaz, a drained Oscar De La Hoya, Ricky Hatton, Miguel Cotto, and Joshua Clottey.

why respond to this kind of cussing but I will since i want to discuss those guys you mention who are great or not- only two of those guys are considered great- Leonard and Cuevas and Cuevas was washed up and has just lost to Roger Stafford when Duran fought him!!! Even if you include Pipino Cuevas that is 2 greats to 3 or 4 for Manny and manny keeps winning! the four guys you mentioned only delahoya was great and manny was great that night oscar couldnt do anything

 

Davey Moore doesnt even compare to Hatton or Cotto and is about even with Clottey.
