    simply cause he retired jack ass....

    If that hadnt happened he'd still be number one...cuz had manny moved up to welter weight and floyd not retired they wouldve fought already and Floyd would've beat the living **** out of him and sent him to 140lbs to campaign...

    Manny is all of those things by default in fact mannys whole career success is a default of floyd vacating titles from 130 and up

    But clearly experts and most boxing fans have given a title that could have been his to pacquiao.
