    I really really think that both Pac and Floyd do want to fight. To me, if we'll take out advisers and characters like Floyd Sr. and Arum - both fighters is obviously willing in my view.

    There's no doubt in my mind that the drug testing fallout is a negotiating / bluffing tactic (30 days, 24 days, 14 days, needle excuse, etc) gone too far or out of control. Too much pride (full of himself) coupled with bad advisers/promoters.
