Got hit with a right hand in sparring and knocked my contact lense out , so i was practically blind for rest of the sparring session . Hope this doesnt happen in my fight coming up! Anyone have similiar problems or do anything to help keep them from coming out ( they often come out when they dry out )
haha that used to happen to me all the time, it seems to happen more when fighting on the inseide or taking glancing blows, there is no solution im afraid
I've had the same problems and haven't been able to figure out any solutions either. Can you possibly box without your contacts in?
