    ES*N has confirmed that Taylor has excercised his option for a rematch with Pavlik @ 166. Couple of interesting things here....Steward said in a recent interview that a big reason why Taylor lost was the crowd yet Dibella is contemplating fighting in AC again. Another thing is there is talks that Taylor is contemplating a new trainer. When asked Lou Dibella says he has nothing to do with that. Can I smell a Pat Burns return (even though it will not help JT). The fight will be held in Feb. along with Cintron vs Williams in the same month as well as a Klitschko defense.

    It's official - Taylor is gonna get starched again!!!

    No gift decisions this time, either. :-( Although, that won't stop HBO from trying!! :nod

    Yea.....he said that the all Kelly crowd affected JT because he has never seen that before.

    So Duddy stays without a title shot. Better for him. :yep

    Don't be surprised if Taylor wins. Last fight was very competitive and could be also this time.

    My only complaint is with the referee he wasn't forceful or big enough handle these guys in one of the rounds he told them to break and they didn't instead enforcing his place in the ring he just let them fight. Pavlik gets knocked down he gets counted, Taylor was knocked down in his own corner defending his champion and the ref didn't start the count. Tainted!

    Very true. Taylor has a huge heart and will be more competative this time. He knows what being KO'd feels like and doesnt want to feel that again so he will work extra hard but I still got Kelly with a UD. But hey HBO is stepping it up especially in the month of FEB.

    Sure Taylor will be competitive.

    I think Pavlik intended to try to get Taylor to the back
    half of the fight the first time around anyway.

    Just need to see what happens when the big right hands start crashing
    into JT's jaw in the second fight.

    And I guess it is a non-title fight @ 166....so what's the purpose????

    I'm sorry sir but you are a moron.

    Smoger could have counted to 30 and Jermain wouldn't have gotten up.

    Even if Jermain got up at 9, Pavlik would have nearly killed him, then you would have complained that the ref didn't stop it.

    Pride. Finally we have some pride. Belts aren't everything. Taylor wants his revenge and then up to 168 it is and Kelly can continue his reign of terror @ 160
