I sick of Wlad holding. He's doing it to much so he want get hit on his egg chin. To me his style is just as bad as Ruiz. Thats the reason he gets hit in the back of the head. He's hiding his egg.
^Bad as RUIZ man. Come on, let's be real here... Wlad is getting better at being more offensive lately, but he's still a little too weary I can agree with. Let's not pretend he didn't box the **** outta Chambers last weekend, cause he did just that. Nothing more, nothing less. For a guy so big and potentially destructive, he could fight with a little more pizzaz, sure. BUT he fights the way he does as to keep himself in a fight, makes sense right? I mean, would you, knowing that you've been sparked out or hurt before, take that many chances either? You'd be stupid if you would. Boxing is a game of hit and not get hit, plain and simple. I'm curious as to whether Manny S was just blowing smoke or if he was serious about Wlad wanting to become more active in his aggresiveness in his future bouts. That's what everyone wants to see anyway...
Wlad is driving Americans and Brits crazy, because he keeps knocking their best boxers. Delusional fans stop whining! He he!
Chambers was trying to **** Wlad off and make him fight outta anger,,Chambers thinking was he might be able to counter him and catch him with something good
BULL****.. did you hear Eddie post fight... he said he was trying anything he could to get Wlad off his game plan. Your hate blinds you at times
:good:good Eddie himself said the same thng after the fight... had nothing to do with holding. Eddie was trying to get into Wlads head... didnt do anything but really turn the crowd against him.
I think it was done to discourage the clinch. It's a smart move, though still blatantly a foul. Wlad uses the clinch (some would argue excessively) to nullify any work inside. If you let him do it and you are a foot shorter than him, you can't win. If you put into his mind, "Every time I clinch, I'm going to get slammed to the ground", it may make him think twice before grabbing. Having to lift your 6'7 240 lbs off the ground repeatedly is an annoyance. (Punching him in the leg works well for this too, and pays off with reduce mobility) Unfortunately for Eddie, this was the only thing he managed to do all night. It's a smart move, but it can't be your ONLY move!
