Tua v Friday....pick the winner!

    I just want to second this. I think most of NZ are respectful & have a lot of appreciation for Friday coming down here to NZ. I have been watching the interviews with him on our TV & he seems like a real good sort, very humble and well spoken while obviously maintaining his intent.

    I'm definitely right behind Tua, have followed him since I was a kid, but I think Friday's camp is all class & he seems a lot like Tua in his personality. From the pre-fight media footage I've seen they both seem to have a deep quiet commitment to this fight. Should be a good one. I'm looking forward to seeing Friday in action again as I've only ever watched him fight Cameron.

    Bigcat, I'm just so appreciative of Friday for taking this fight. $35,000 and in Tua's backyard. Tua needs this fight to see where he is on the world scene. Friday is his toughest test since Rahman in 2003. The fight will be very competitive.

    If Friday wins, and it'll break my heart if he does (just like the reverse with you Bigcat) I'll wish him the best, and hope he captures a title. As you say, it's all about backing your fighter.

    Realistic............ Friday in a long fight...

    Or ... Tua .. only via Points...

    Never seen Friday even stagger in the gym or Fight.. Its a very well made matchup..

    Friday has been inactive for over 18 months too so i would tend to ask the same question of his stamina especially if Tua has ripped a few rounds worth of hooks to the body and brought the right over the top to rattle Fridays teeth a couple of times
