He's obviously talking about American ability to fill arena's in boxing. And I gave a counter example. Just because I own you dont get on my nuts now and start following me around son. :yep
I call people out who say stupid ****.... Just because you say stupid **** all the time, does This content is protected :yep
You're following me. You're on my sack admit it. I made a perfectly unbiased statement in relation to the other posters post and you said it didnt pertain to that post. Just admit it, you're a fan of mine. Dont worry follow me long enough and I might teach you a few things about boxing.
the only thing you know about boxing is watching dirrell take a shower after a sparring session... :yep:yep:yep your a joker, i got no respect for you
Mate, you have Ward and Dirrell, gold and bronze Olympic medalist not being able to fill in areas in their own hometowns? Sorry, but both shows didn't even looked like second rate productions and were half-empty. You may be right though... seems like foreigners are doing better in the states... when they happen to be the best boxer in the world.
Ward fight looked pretty full, Andre Dirrell was fighting in Detroit, I think it got 4,000, which is good consider about half of the city is unemployed The fact that a foreignor was able to do those numbers proves the health of boxing in the USA. I'll admit there are higher attendance figures in Europe, for whatever reason, too bad its not translating to much talent huh? :rofl
:deal Everyone but Ward has fought or will fight outside their home This content is protected . The least he can do is a short-hop journey.
mate, I'm not gloating... I'm sadden that this great tournament is receiving the reception it receives in the states. I hope after those two wins we see more people and more money invested in the shows. That's all.
This tournament isnt receivng press anywhere. Ask anyone in England if this tournament is on the news at all. Its for hardcore fans nothing more. Maybe in Germany, but Germany's like Japan, you could put a bear fighting a llama in the ring and you sell out.
Ward and Dirrell aren't names here they way Kessler, Froch and Abraham are in their respective home countries. They probably aren't even in the top 20 most well known fighters in the US. When your country hosts huge fights year round and has plenty of current champions fighting out of it, it's hard for most people to get too interested in two relatively young fighters that they've probably never even heard of, let alone seen on TV.
