    Every time there is an RJJ thread I know their will be idiots hating without having the actual knowledge to back their claims.

    I swear at least half of ESB saw Roy fight for the first time against Tarver or Johnson.:yep

    Yep. Most people dissing RJJ do seem to be chatting ****. I never had the pleasiure of seeing Roy in his prime, but have seen the fights. He is obviously an ATG in his prime.

    It was quite a clear decision for Roy.

    :lol::lol::lol:

    He wasn't given ****..... He had to take that fight in the last 2 rounds, and that is exactly what he did... Showed amazing heart, all the time being weight drained and was dead tired after the first round.....

    People say Roy never overcame adversity, but that fight would be one of my examples.:deal

    Hate to burst your bubble, but yeah he was. It was a gift and Tarver proved it in the 2nd and 3rd fight.

    Gift?

    :lol:

    Far from a gift. Seriously what was your scorecard?

    And if you can the per round basis.

    No?

    :lol:

    All I have to say is.

    Roy Jones clearly took 11 and 12.

    And from rounds 3-6 Tarver threw a total of 24 power punches.

    That's at least 6 for Roy Jones. We don't need to go any further cause we all know Roy won the fight.

    Okay here goes. Pazienza, Bryant Brannon, Lou Del Valle, Glen Kelly, Richard Hall, Derrick Harmon, Clinton Woods, and oh who else, John Ruiz. Nah before you start screaming, I have seen all these fights and these fighters before hand. They had good records, but were not championship fighters.
    Have fun.
