If Sylvia loses this fight I'll have to make alt account.

If a fat, 48 year old Ray Mercer can knock Sylvia out with one punch, then I really can't see how Sylvia can avoid being destroyed by an angry 33 year old 300lbs physically incredible Pudz. I know that Mercer and Pudz couldn't be more different, and that the Mercer-Sylvia fight will bear no resemblance to the Pudz-Sylvia fight, but Mercer showed that Sylvia is fragile now. Pudz's hulking physique will get him through. We'll see.

Im not 100% sure of a possible outcome though im looking forward to seeing PUDZ bullrush Tim with wild swings and Horse like kicks..

Pudz will be one of those 1round pressure fighters that just explode with wild but very strong unco strikes.

Im starting the PUDZ EXPRESS.Whos with me??

From a marketability standpoint Pudzianowski has to be a clear favorite. Sylvia was a very unpopular UFC champion and is clearly on the downslope of his career. Although a very effective and fine fighter in his prime I don't think Pudz's team would want to risk uphending this cashcow in such an early stage. A 'gentlemen's' agreement for a Pudzianowski victory could very well be a hidden part of this promotion IMO. Either that or he and his team is just super-confident that Sylvia has a name but his skills are shot.

That proves the theory that even skilless bodybuilders have clean shot at becoming a mma contender

if an in shape determined tim sylvia turns up then I think he could out jab pudz until he gasses and pull off a decision or tko, but if the same out of shape, unmotivated fat 300lb+ sylvia that fought mercer turns up to fight pudz then he will get smashed

Tim Sylvia has always been a sucker for an overhand right. Everyone that's thrown one at him has knocked him down with it from Arlovski to couture to Fedor to mercer. If Pudz can throw an overhand right, he'll flatten Sylvia.

 Don't go betting your account on Tim Sylvia! You're bound to be disappointed. Start up a friendly avatar bet thread instead.

This doesn't prove that at all dumbass. Sylvia's career has nosedived in the past couple of years, he is no longer a serious MMA contender. Pudz would not succeed vs a top UFC fighter at this stage, no chance. MMA is extremely skilled.

One things forsure.MMA fighters(even newcomers) dont muck about with trying to pad records.

Even if Tim is a shadow of his UFC glory days its still a big step up for a bloke like PUDZ in only his second pro fight.

If Pudz wins i wouldnt be surprised if a major org wants to sign him.

No excuses dude. Stop these garbage posts. He lost to a 50 yr old man for ****s sakes......former boxing champion or not....thats a 15 year age difference.... A shot boxer and inexperienced MMA fighter vs. a former World Champ MMA fighter.

I can play this game too....

Was Mercer in good shape? Mercer's prime weight was in the 220's...Mercer was a absolute BEAST when he was in the mid 220's. Mercer was 256 vs. Sylvia....

Are you nuts?? Functionally stronger than PUDZ??!?! He is the strongest man in the world. Not bench pressing, but strongman. How much more functionally strong can you be?? He will hold slyvia down with one arm and beat his ass

I would assume he's been off the roids for quite awhile and has been tested frequently since starting his MMA career. If so he will have lost a lot of his brute strength. I knew a guy with a pretty ordinary build struggle to bench press 200lb. He cycled onto stanozol(sp) and saw him toy with 300lbs. at the Gold's gym we both attended several months later. People underestimate how much roids positively affect muscle growth and strength increase in comparatively short periods of time. The guy told me he literally grew muscles while on roids in his sleep.
