I wouldn't call it corruption. I put it down to Euro judges. They've always been an odd breed.

Thaxton was on the wrong end of a decision against Mezaache on a Hennessy card for a Euro title in a similarly close fight.

You can never tell with the Euro judges...there have been others down the years too.

 

If you have a problem with the card then fair enough but thats why we have 3 judges, the right fighter won.

No bungs, no robbery, just a wayward card in a fight where the 3 judges got the winner right. Hardly enough to rock the integrity of the sport to its foundations.

 

agreed bad card but thats bad judging that went to the right guy so no real harm done

think about why would they bribe the judges then put the score so wide


and remember its that one scorecard all you bitches are bitching about , cant be a robbery in a fight that everyone can admit was quite close
