If Mosley KOs Floyd brutally, do you think Floyd will still ask for a rematch?

There will be no stoppage in this fight. Shane has tasted Mayorga's and Winky Wright's punches.

Don't get it twisted, Winky is a big 154lb fighter with enough pop to keep anyone honest.

Yeah I agree, most probably it goes to the scorecards. What I'm saying that IF there's a stoppage, it will be scored by Mosley unless you see certain scenario with Floyd stopping Shane (getting old?).

Of course not...I'm just saying, Floyd is such a defensive wizard, that I can't see him getting KO'd. Beat, maybe, but not KO'd. Do you realize how hard it is to make if 40 fights without ever being hurt?

Mayweather has also managed to never fight a tall rangy slick boxer with an excellent jab.

While there aren't any fighters that fit this description at the moment nor ones that I can think of that existed during Floyd's career, guys like Vernon Forrest, obviously Tommy Hearns and other would give him trouble.

They would have the ability to box Floyd who is strictly a counterpuncher, and this would leave Floyd in the awkward position where he would be forced to be aggressive at times if he wants to win the fight.

This could leave him vulnerable for a KO.

But think about the majority of his opponents. They are guys that come foward.

It's all about styles. Even Floyd could look vulnerable against the right opponent, BUT they woudl have to be very good to great depending on their size relative to Floyd's in order to take advantage of Floyd.

I am not sure if your old enough to remember this But, Ike was comming off of a two year lay off and that fight was his first at 154:good and I dont think Trinidad destroyed vargas what destroyed vargas was Carne Asada, Carnitas etc.... the kid just does not and did not take care of himself in between fights.... he is a ****ing heavyweight now FFS and when ever you do that to your body, your body gets punished when its time to come down in weight to get ready for a fight....

You're seriously stupid enough to believe I actually want floyd murdered in the ring.

You floyd fans are drama queens. Quit whining so much.

Hell no. Once Floyd's 0 goes he'll never be able to sell a huge fight again. Well at least until he racks up some good wins. The 0 adds to the intrigue of a Floyd fight. But my guess is a Shane KO would pull him back while at the same time still not really push Shane to stardom again. Not gonna happen though.

To be honest, I think that if Shane knocks floyd out, which could very well be the outcome. Floyd would then be ripe for Manny. Seeing that Manny only fights guys that are coming off career worst loses within a fight or two. So therefore manny would then agree to fight Floyd and Shane would once again be left out in the cold, after a huge win. Maybe if Martinez pulls off the win over Pavlik then Shane could meet him at 154, which would be a great fight.
