There isn't much arguement for anybody beating SRR at welterweight, he was just far too dominate at that weight. His record against oppenents under 147lbs is like 51-0. However I will say I think it would go the distance, it seemed like SRR didn't carry quite the same power at welter like he did at middleweight.

 

I think Pacauiao could cause Robinson a few problems but after a few rounds, the natural size difference would come into play and Pacauiao would get stopped. I'd say in around 5 or 6 rounds, but those rounds wouldn't be decisive because Pacquiao has a few advantages to keep him in the fight.

If Robinson was hit with that kind of punch then there would be no way he'd be able to defy sciecne! There is a nerve that is behind your jaw that if hit hard enough will result in your lights being put out regardless bro. That shot would have put out anyone at 147 in any era....the problem is landing it on a guy like Robinson which makes it nearl impossible to fathom.

And I did say Robinson KO's PAC at 147! But to say that Manny winning is impossible is showing you have no depth in your boxing knowledge.
