Martinez will be moving around a lot, pavlik will be trying to close him down.
Eventually the power from pavlik will slow martinez down, he will get dropped in the 6th but get back up and survive a lil longer. Another knockdown in the 10th, will get up, pav will attack some more, the ref will intervene - shows over.

Bute will outbox Miranda all fight long, eventually dropping him in the 11th..

Froch and kessler will go to war, kessler will try and box but will eventually get dragged in to the trenches, his speed will help, but Froch's chin will withstand it. i think both will touch the canvas at some point - Kessler UD - hometown advantage will play its role - then Froch will ***** about it for the rest of his career

We'll see later who was closest on 2 of the 3 fights later. Try to be accurate with your predictions, ie giving scores etc for decisions

    pavlik tko round eight.
picking with my heart this time, but miranda if he can survive the early storm tko's bute in round nine. i think bute is going to look impressive as hell in the early going, but miranda is going to land on him and it depends on how much he's improved with goosen to see the outcome.

This is the most likely to happen in all of the fights IMO, good picks.

Martinez is simply too fast for Pavlik and won't give him any opportunity to set his feet. I think he'll win pretty comfortably but due to Pavlik having the venue advantage, it'll probably be closer.

Bute is clearly the better boxer although I'm not sold on his chin yet and Miranda can punch. If he avoid Miranda's right, then that won't be a factor but i have a strange feeling.

I think Froch is too strong and durable for Kessler IMO, who was being out roughed on the inside against Ward and Calzaghe who are both smaller than him. I also think Froch is an underrated boxer and Kessler doesn't possess that kind of foot speed to keep out of range of Froch's power shots.

    Pavlik TKO10 Martinez

Martinez gets caught in one of his wild attacks around round 5 and gets hurt by going against a wall, short left hook or counter-jab, travels to the second half of the fight by hurting Pavlik with another attack but when he needs to intensify to get it on points, goes against the wall again and Pavlik finishes him on the ropes.

    Bute UD12 Miranda

Bute fights on safety mode and jabs in circles b4 tryin to go down with a left to open Miranda up but gets hurt as Edison lands some of his right hand shots, from that point on it's all Miranda chasing and Bute winning most of the rounds on ring generalship alone. Something like 9 rounds to 3 and possibly a knockdown scored but for Miranda.

    Kessler UD12 Froch

Froch is taken to school here with Kessler combining power, timing, technique and heart to make one desesperate Froch looking for the one punch until the very last second, very much something like Kessler vs Andrade.

    Pavlik vs Martinez

I predict that Martinez will do well for himself early being able to slip some straights and counter. However, he'll begin to fade late and get caught against the ropes and lose by TKO in the 10th round.

    Bute vs. Miranda

I think Miranda sees it to the final bell in this fight but loses a wide unanimous decision. 118-110, 117-111, 117-111.

    Froch vs. Kessler

Prediction for the fight? PAIN. All action war. Who gives a crap about defense? Froch lets Kessler find his rythm early. Both survive scary moments in the fight and Kessler takes a tight split decision that could go either way. 115-113 and 116-112 Kessler 115-113 Froch.

Can't wait for all these fights!

    Martinez points over Pavlik (close).
    Bute TKO Miranda.
Froch points over Kessler (very close).

The great thing about these fights is I can see each of those predictions being wrong!
