    And Keith,

Can you tell me if this statement is true : "Ward refused to fight in tournament unless he got all his fights in his home town. "

I have seen it posted by another member.

By the way, what is the boxer you crawl out of your hole after your hero wins a fight?! I suppose you have falowed his careear for at least 9 years! I am just curious. Well I know your answer on that one : I am here for 9 years, seen people come and go.......but when your hero falls, you just find another hero, unles your hero is BHOP, Toney....or some boxing relicva.

    All the best!

P.S. : signing your coments doesn`t make you smarter or expert then most of this forum members. It does make you smarter than southpaw jab, I reckon that !!!

Both are surely form the same congenital family, like Finito was. If you don't agree with their not at all biased opinion, you know nothing and you're a noob....:patsch

Ward is too slick and quick, with too many dimensions to his offense for Bute in my opinion.

Exactly. Personally, I have Ward earning a very competitive decision (could be a close UD, even) over Bute at this stage. In a year or so, given Bute's continued and visible improvement, I might be saying the exact opposite.

However, to suggest that Ward is altogether leaps and bounds better than Bute suggests one of three things to me: 1) the poster is a fan of Ward, 2) the poster dislikes Bute, 3) the poster doesn't watch much boxing.

Don't even bother, you make too much sense for the mongoloid Bute fans. Decebel is the only French Canadian Bute fan I think has any knowledge of the sport. The rest of these guys went to a fight, screamed Buuuuuuuuuuuuuute at the top of their lungs, and left the place boxing experts.

These guys remind me of the Brits that flooded these forums, and told us Ricky Hatton would beat PBF one day, some even said he would KO Floyd. Most of these turds left when Ricky lost, and the same will happen when Bute loses.

The sad thing is, Bute is a heck of a fighter, but any opponent worth a **** is fighting in the Super Six. He will have to wait another two years or so, before he can prove himself on the big stage, and that means more stupid fans on here for a longer period of times.

Montreal newbies, do us all a favor and educate yourself on this sport, that way I don't **** my pants laughing at your lack of knowledge.

This kind of example is exactly why so many people from so many countries around the world have made fun, so many times of how DUMB some Americans can look towards the rest of the world.....:-(

I will not speak for all Bute fans, Montreal people here, but honestly the real regular fans like: Mtl_Fightfan, Little_Pea, PH/LLA, Boxing_Mtl, DhRalf & Laffie for instance, have absolutely nothing to envy to the vast majority on this site.

They are all knowledgeable about the sport and most importantly respectful to others unless provoked to be otherwise...class idiot of the week !!

You sir are a little ignorant and to compare Bute's fans with the fans that told you that Ricky Hatton would ko PBF.You can compare Dirrells and Wards fans(without generalize) that write on this forum that Bute will be totally outclassed and outboxed by those 2. And i will not leave when Bute losses. If he will lose I'll still be here and I'll still root for him ..until he will retire.
Now that being said you should know that the french Canadian decebal and not "decebel" is actually romanian as you should know that Decebal was the name of the king of Dacia ( ancient Romania) that fought 3 wars with the Roman empire. And being a newbie doesn't mean that you know nothing about boxing ...it means that you have a small nr of posts(you might be new here) :patsch
PS : What's wrong with the fact that some of those guys attend at a match and support their fighter by yelling Buuuuuute ?!!!? In your mind that fact turns them automatically into boxing ******s?

When we look at the poll many people here on ESB seem to think Bute got a very good chance against Ward and even if Ward is very quick and very slick, we still don't know if he can deal with the power Bute possess, I remember he was down vs Darnell Boone. But the other way, we don't know if Bute would be able to get his rhythm vs very slick boxer, this is why no one can be 100% sure who will prevail if these two get in the same ring. In my mind, Bute can get a close decision win or a KO, Ward can just get a close or wide UD but I don't think he can KO Bute.

I dissagree with all the Bute hype, everyone in the super 6 would be competitive against him,his defense is pretty suspect for a fast fisted and footed fighter, thats never a good sign, his chin and stamina is suspect. This 168 pound division is the most competitive in boxing right now, none of the fighters in the super6 or Bute are flawless, but their all very good at what they do,so stop giving this guy the thrown,he doesent deserve it yet,and maybe he never will the bottom line everyone in the super 6 are fighting each other their fightig comp,Bute is not and everyone of his fights wont be in Montreal, being on the road is different, kind of like the Utah Jazz, their great at home, and not so great on the road, same thing goes for guys that fight at home a lot.Bute is a very good fighter but i need to see more than just Miranda and the other guy almost knocked his brain out,and neither is on Bute's skill level which will show what he made of when he fights someone just as good as him.

Boxing is about skill. Bute can actually box. Kessler couldn't.
