    because of the extra length and the way he sort of whips them makeing shane slip they would be faster than pads focusing more on sliping and haed movement

    I use it a lot, i like pads better but the pipe insulation helps ur accuracy. you know when you hit the insulation awkward. My trainer has a pair that he duct taped up so they have a lot more weight to them, and we use them for blocking and defense too. They hurt like a *****.
