Adam Booth was on sky sports news the day after the call out. He said that they were setting up a meeting with Wlad's people.

Also the WBC has ordered Valuev to face Solis for the number 2 spot, so Haye is free to fight wwho he wants as he won't have to make a mandatory defence for some time now.

Why do you think Valuev declined a $2.5 million payday with Vitali for the WBC title. Just so now he can fight Solis in a WBC eliminator? Valuev won't fight Solis. He has a rematch contract with Haye that is independent of any organization.

Either Haye pays off Valuev (> $2.5 million) or he fights him in a rematch or Valuev drags Haye to court.

 

Booth was on sky sports the very next day and has suggested that talks were due to take place this week. Meanwhile, haye is on a well deserved holiday

We can only go by the articles we read or interviews we see. I am simply saying what the boxing press has been for the past week or so. Whether or not it hapens is another thing entirely but if you are going to try and counter an arguement, it's best to do your honework first instead of being insulting from the word go.

Personally when I heard the WBC's proposed match up, I immediatey thought that they were clearing the way for both Haye an Vitali. At the time it seamed a reasonable assumption.. that was until Wlad made his announcement.

If he gets 40% thats too much. He should be happy with 25-30. He's not going to make that kind of cheese fighting Valuev, or anyone else.

He can duck the real champ (Wlad) and pretend as long as he wants, but we all know Haye is a ***** whose trying to milk as much cash as possible out of that title before he loses it to Wlad.

 

Haye has what he wished for and sometimes that's not so good. Haye's going to look worse in the public eye than Oliver McCall when he had to fight a rematch with Lennox Lewis.
