    No if you pause it right at the 3:16 mark you can clearly see that Eddie Chambers is still falling and not touching the canvas when the punch is thrown.

    What are you talking about? Norris was still on his feet and Jackson is a professional boxer. He had killer instinct. Sure, it was brutal, but this is boxing, that's a trait to be respected.
