Typical Froch, basically. The man is arrogant and deluded to his core. Although I do enjoy his fights.

All decent fighters are deluded...No one becomes great in any walk of life by walking around admitting that someone is better than them, its just not in their nature.

He is factually correct when he said that he would have got the decision in Nottingham, it was a very, very close fight and he would...and Dirrel would have got the decision against Froch in his hometown, and Ward would have been disqualified for his head work against Kessler if the fight had been in Denmark, and Dirrel would probably have been DQ'd for doing a fish out of water impression if the Abraham fight had been in Germany. Don't convince yourselves that home advantage doesn't exist because it most certainly does, and criticising Froch for stating what we already know seems a bit churlish.

Yes early in the fight especially Froch was having more success with the jab, using his longer reach, snapping Kessler's head back regularly.

A lot of people seem to give there rounds to Kessler based on him being the one coming forward. I was going with Froch because he was landing punches.

Froch didn't maintain the job throughout the fight, but when he did use it, it was effective for him.

A radical and refreshing new approach to scoring a fight, I wonder if it will ever catch on :hey

I dont think he should say things like that as it will put people off coming to Nottingham to be honest.

Welcome to more sloppy journalism... http://www.espn.co.uk/more/sport/story/19283.html

My understanding of reading the reports was that it was a close fight in the ring, but perhaps not on the scorecards. When I rewatched the fight, I wasn't disavowed of my opinion that Kessler won clearly, but I can see the argument for a few closer rounds.

Certainly not for a two round win to Froch. It's a draw at best for Carl, with a two or three round win for Kessler at worst.

He's an incredibly handsome man, very charming, respects him family, keeps in great shape and has a lovely haircut. The signs are screaming out.

It doesn't matter, it's just interesting in such a homophobic, macho sport that he's not overtly masculine. I don't think he is gay, actually. He's just very private.

He has "proper" mans tattoos, that makes him a good fighter and extremely heterosexual.

They looked alot more stylish and imposing when he fought Calzaghe, now they seem to have sagged and discoloured as he's aged and look like an old dish rag.
