Yeah you were bang on! :good

He did show good lateral movement as well. This allowed him to stay in range. It will be interesting to see if Montoya will be able to improve Kessler cause it didn't look to polished.

Man I thought Froch would take him out after the ninth. Great fight!

Edit: I do think he sparred Karo Murat as well going into this fight. china_hand_joe posted a sparring video of Kessler and Murat in the rbr thread in the british forum.

it was clear early on that Kess was gonna put forth a massive effort , he fought his heart out ! I've never seen him so aggresive , so quick , so determined.

It seemed Carl had him in trouble at least twice but he didnt follow up and that had to be down to Kessler having already put enough on Carl to dissuade him.

It was a crackin fight , I'm so glad I actually paid for the stream on this one.

Carl can come back though , Milkkel has shown the way !

Froch didn't come out of the fight looking like he came in either... I scored it a draw. Froch was in control until the body shots slowed his power. Froch did not pick it up until the latter rounds...after starting off strong. Froch did look like he controlled the fight with the jab, but he was not busy enough for me to say he won...

Carl will come back. He doesn't know the words quit or loose!

Bodypunching was the key to succes for Kessler.
