    The Punisher in my opinion

But Sergio should come back down to 154 after Williams beats Cintron to have a rematch and this time for his 154 pound title, since the first fight at 160 was soo close and couldve went either way...

That way we know for sure, without a doubt

whos the truly best Jr.Middleweight in the world today

This is silly. Paul Williams is the man to beat at 154.

If Cotto beats Foreman, maybe Floyd could travel up to 154 and battle with Cotto?

No-one is 'the man' at 154, clearly.

    Like i said before

theres a pretty good chance Kirkland will move up to 160 when he comes out and compete at Middleweight

I Doubt he stays at 154 and ill be shocked if he does

Its Maritnez. Martinez is the top dog at both 154 and 160.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. I would say Williams at 154, forget the other guys on that list. Martinez is the man at 160, but could well be the man at 154 as well.
