Pac should have taken the tests alrite but ive heard floyd and his team state many times that floyd beats pac with our without his peds (if he uses them, personally i dont think he does but cant say for sure) so why not just go ahead and do just that, beat pac

The 14 day cutoff was a fair offer from floyd but now maybe that pac sees he was not just being targeted in this and floyd also insisted on shane taking the tests pac will come around more to the idea of the tests, hopefully anyways because that fight has to be made and this year too imo

Why should Pacquiao have to take any kind of test that is not mandated by the commission responsible for the fight? Manny was more than reasonable, he agreed to testing way over and above the norm, but Mayweather wanted even more.

 

Actually, Pac agreed to blood testing up till the fight, then completely did a 180.
