If Floyd beats Shane, then Pac, and then beats Williams at 154....

all floyd needs to do is beat mosley and then pacquiao. he doesn't need to fight williams. williams is not a great boxer, he's not good enough. he's got size and reach, but his defense is shocking. williams will not cement floyd's legacy, only pacquiao right now can do that.

 

Then he has a good case of being mentioned inside top 10 ATG, and eventually top 5 arguably.

If he fought and won against all three then I would easily put him in the top 10 ATG's. Fighting Shane is already a step in the right direction... Beating him will give Floyd a VERY legitimate win in the best division in boxing.

 

He'll probably retire after Mosley and Pacquiao. He may give one of them a rematch to try and cash in one more time. He'd be ranked fairly high, and the #1 fighter of our generation aka the last 20 years or so.

 

IF that happens then he'll be pretty high up. Ahead of Pac for sure.
