I still like watching Tua just to expect a sudden KO that he could deliver, just like 90's Tyson, not the best anymore but you know when he connected his powerfull punch, it could be lights off. Off course technicaly Tua these days is far from the best.

HW divison nowdays is painfull to watch, and boxer who posses a knock out punch will always had a plus point

Though I wouldn't favor Tua over any of the Klits, he'd have a very good shot to knock Haye the **** out. He is one of the hardest punching heavies ever and has an iron chin, he'll always be dangerous. I don't see too much wrong with people believing he can win a title. Tua still has more class than any on the pitiful list of top heavyweight contenders today.

just let him prove himself after the maori tv contract is up. IMO I think David is looking fit moving well and still has plenty of dynamite.

Either way I would rather pay to watch Tua fight and perhaps lose than be forced to watch another painful Klit/Valuev/Haye etc fight.

If your worried so much about technique there are plenty of more entertaining fights to watch in other divisions at this point in time!

Knock em dead TUA (you just might to lol)

I watched Tony Thomson fight Beck the otehr day, and listened to the commentators talk about how good he was, how well he punched, how he said he was injured against Wlad and wanted another shot.

Thomson is a tall southpaw. That's all the advantages he has over Tua. He's probably even ****ing older.

If Tony Thomson (I actually quite like him, but he's nothing special) is a top level contender, then Tua is at least that. Even now.

I agree. And I find it funny that someone like Tua gets hyped up while James Toney gets thrown in the trash can. James Toney would wup Tua's ass if they fought at this point even. Ridiculous.

Only 1 way to find out. Let Tua fight someone in the top ten. Monte Barrett gets wasted!
