Paddy Power! the odds on a minto KO was something like 15/1!

Paulie is lovely bet as khan will not be back in america until next week at the earliest thats not ideal preperation for the biggest fight of your career!

Very true but the impression I got from speaking to them was that there's not much about at the moment and one cannot afford to be too picky in these matters. Could be totally wrong but the the article should be up on Irish-boxing soon so judge for yourselves :good

Lads, what you think would be a good outside/value bet for the money-mosley fight? Does anyone see a stoppage?

No stoppage tonight I dont think. When was the last time Mayweather even tried for the KO? I'm not counting the Hatton fight because Wicky KO'ed himself with his reckless face first frontal assault.

25/1 draw or 7/1 Mosely Points/Decision are the only two slight bits of value if you think something peculiar might happen

Mosely doesn't exactly have a long history of getting sat on his arse, though, does he? Wouldn't be enough value in that for my liking anyway

Won a good bit on the football today so have put a few euro on Huck - Minto under 8 rounds @ evens and I have also put a few euro on Mayweather winning via MD @16/1. Not much value in this fight at all for small betters like myself.

Sakio Bika to cut through Jesse Brinkley like a hot knife through Kerrygold!

I did - Either fighter to win rounds 10-12 13/2
And I stuck a quid on Mosley to win in round 10 66/1 (just for a wee interest)

Floyd by decision at 4/7 is the value bet for me.
I think that's very good odds considering the likelihood of that being the result. Any bets on Mosley or a stoppage on either side and there's a good chance you're throwing your money away.

As some of you may interpret I'm a bit of a cautious gambler :p
I feel it's better to be smart when placing bets though than hoping the choice with huge odds comes up.

Edit: But 6/4 for a Bika stoppage is very good odds. If you want to take a gamble on something with decent odds tonight, then that's it.

I was surprised that Brinkley beat Curtis Stevens to be honest.

Is this fight even on? I'm sure I read somewhere that Brinkley was getting a straight shot at Bute or something.

Anyone shed a bit of light?

That fight was for the #2 spot this is a final eliminator if i remember rightly

Brinkley is a great lad, I've alot of time for him and i hope he pulls this one out of his arse!
