His Style (Technically) is flawed. He's just a REALLY FAST BRAWLER!! He has made a living destroying Latino Brawlers who just didn't have the speed nor any real Technically Sound Skill in the ring. He has fought two REALLY SKILLED "BOXERS" his whole career and got SHUTOUT BY WIDE MARGINS EACH DAMN TIME!!! Now he's facing the MOST SKILLED BOXER in the Sport today. A fighter that can make Shane miss and make Shane PAY FOR HIS FLAWS AND MISTAKES....Because Shane has alot of Flaws and Mistakes. When he's throwing those wild power shot and missing...this is not Mayorga, Vargas, Estrada, Collazo, Jose Luis Cruz and Antonio Diaz. When Shane misses...you better believe some PRECISION, PIN-POINT-ACCURATE ASS Counter-punches are coming, and his defense is not "ELITE" enough to avoid getting hit.
Mosley is fast, he has knockout power in both hands, he has good stamina, he has a great chin, and he has a lot of heart and determination. Not many fighters posess all of these attributes.
You are dumb. If Shane isn't special, then I guess you or anybody else could have beat those fighters he fought. Yeah he rose the top of the ranks by being ordinary. Go back to your job at the car wash you ****ing dolt.
I rate the 2000 version of DLH as being more skilled than Forrest or Wright when he fought them afterwards... Shane had a problem with very good long jabs, just like Roger Mayweather acknowledged Floyd would... I must say Shane has many flaws that he normally compensates with his above average speed, power and strength. We all know he throws too many wide shots; doesn't really move his head or fight off too many angles in general; doesn't use much of a useful jab, etc. Nevertheless Mosley's quite athletically gifted and talented.
If hes as bad as you say i hope you dont start a thread crying about people not giving Floyd credit if he wins,cause as you mentioned he would've just beat an overrated brawler,whats so special about that?
All right Darryl so don't complain if others don't give Mayweather his credit for winning this fight against a very non-special fighter in Mosley.
Mayweather can't get an credit from haters no matter what happens. He'll beat Mosley, who i consider an over rated fighter, and they'll say he's old. He'll beat Pacman and they will say he's to small. Just admit you hate the guy and move on. No one with any sanity can claim that Mayweather isn't an elite fighter. The same cannot be said for Mosley.
Mayweather is an elite fighter, but he hasn't proven to be an elite welterweight. Mosley has proven to be an elite welterweight and even though he has lost, he has at least challenged himself.
