I checked with Viewer's Choice and they couldn't get the rights to the fight. TSN isn't showing it. HBO we can't get here. What the hell are Ontarians supposed to do? Will this be on Sopcast? Let me know with ideas that you have.
Problem is, I have to stay at home that night since I've got my kid for the weekend....maybe I can pass him off as a non-drinking midget at the local sports bar......DAMN!
yeah, this sucks. I've been looking forward to this fight for so long, and the ****in CFL has to ruin it for me. Im thinking Sopcast might be the only option for us fans in Ontario. Anyone know exactly what time the broadcast is supposed to start?
The Canadian government had to step in and stop anyone from broadcasting it for fear of traumatising Bute and Pascal:yep
**** CFL AND ALL FOOTBALL!(not the real kind) :fire :fire :fire :fire :fire :fire :fire :fire :fire :fire :fire :fire :fire :fire :fire and nascar, for christ sake. just my two cents..
Smazz20: Actually.. the only province that I know that is showing it is Quebec: Where Pascal is from and where Bute resides.
definitely agree with that. they always cut into the boxing cards on Saturday nights on TSN. For the Diaz vs Diaz card it was scheduled to be on at 11:30, with a nascar race at 7. Of course Nascar took more than 5 ****in hours and didnt end until after midnight. And thats how it is, almost every time. For that reason, there is no sport I hate more than nascar.
The HBO feed starts at 9 pm., so I'm assuming IF it's on Sopcast, it would start at the same time. I'm also assuming HBO will only show the main event especially since it's already 2 or 3 am. in Wales.
Im with you brother. Its a conspiracy me and my friends came up with that they are trying to force nascar down boxing fans throats. It happens every time, even with football cutting into boxing's timeslot. But it makes no sense. How could anyone whos a boxing fan ever stand that trash unless there drunk. Even then, Id rather watch WWE, which I sincerely hope gets banned sometime soon. Keep that crap below the border TSN, plz.
