As Usual, After a Mayweather Win, One Name ALWAYS Dissapears

paul williams doesn't have the guts to step into the ring with floyd.

 

Pac and Williams. If he beats those he is as great as Hagler, Leonard, Hearns, and Duran.

 

Assuming Mayweather beats Pac - a BIG if, imo - Williams would be a logical next step to assure his legacy. I would still favor Robinson as the greatest ever P4P fighter, but Mayweather would have an argument.

 

PBF is levels above PW in terms of skillz. . .that's just gonna be a lop sided decision. Martinez, on the other hand, is as savvy, slippery, and slick as they come. Him and Floyd would be a very cerebral chess match and quite tough for Floyd.

 

Nobody knows Paul Williams. I don't think he has to take this fight if it doesn't make money sense.

 

IF CQ did it, I think Floyd would obliterate PW... PW has NOTHING on Floyd.... pacquiao & PW would be a closer, maybe more interesting, match... as always, this comes from a non-Mayweather fan... it's called being real.

 

SOMEBODY needs to fight Paul Williams.

 

Mayweather Martinez is an excellent fight. Shut cho mouth. Although I agree that he should fight Pacquiao and Williams.

Out of the three, Pacquiao will be the easiest win. Martinez, to me presents the biggest challenge followed by Williams.

 

According to traditional boxing wisdom, Williams should be a tougher deal for Floyd.

Which is why we will probably never see this fight.

But, Pac and Martinez are both excellent fights.

 

I like PW and all but what are you people going to say if he loses to Cintron next week? I think he'll win but he needs to get that one out of the way first. Martinez makes more sense right now. He's the champ, he barely, and i mean barely lost to PW, and he just destroyed Pav. His name is big right now.

 

Williams hasnt fought at welter for a while. Nearly 2 years. Unless Floyd wanted to go up a weight to fight him. After williams cintron fight a lot of fans would like to see the williams v martinez rematch.

 

I like Paul Williams. I've been following him since the beginning. Problem is this, he gets hit way too much. He lost to Quintana and struggled against Sergio Martinez. Floyd would have a field day with him. Paul Williams struggles against slick boxers that can counterpunch i.e. Floyd Mayweather

 

Paul Williams has a lot of flaws, but GUTS are not one of them. He's one of the gutsiest fighters there is, and everyone knows it. C'mon, Relentless. You're better than that.
